Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

NEST PRODUCT SHIPPING UPDATES: 

Nest products that were ordered in June will ship in July.  All June orders are currently in packaging & shipping.  PLEASE NOTE - although most customers have received their tracking information, your package may not have physically shipped yet.  It is guaranteed to ship within the month of July.     

All July Nest orders will ship in August.  

PLEASE NOTE: We are aware that occasionally courier tracking does not update right away, even when the package has shipped. We have been advised by our 3rd party couriers that sometimes it takes quite some time for tracking to update, and it's a system-wide tracking issue on their end.  While we understand that this can be frustrating, rest assured that your package will indeed ship within the above timelines.    

Local Pickup: At Stylized Nest, local pick up in Pitt Meadows BC is always free! We will contact you when your item is ready for pick up!  

*Note: Local pickup is not available on any Nest Couch/Pillow Products.  Cover Sets are available for local pickup.

BC Lower Mainland Furniture Delivery: Delivery to your door is available on Nests and large furniture items. We will contact you to arrange delivery. Delivery is curbside only, and drivers will not be able to set up furniture or remove or dispose of any packaging. Furniture is typically ready within 4 to 8 weeks of order confirmation, unless otherwise specified in the listing.

Canada-wide shipping: Most of our items are available for shipping Coast to Coast. Some items are ready to ship, and some will be custom made to order by our team of artisans. Please ensure you take note of this as well as turnaround time while selecting individual items. For orders with multiple items, we will ship your entire order together once all of your items are ready, in order to minimize environmental impact.  If you are ordering multiple items and would like a ready to ship item sooner, please order your ready to ship item(s) in a separate order. 

International orders: Please note that not all products are available for international shipping. Also please note that Stylized Nest is not responsible for duties, customs, or taxes incurred on International shipments. 

All items at Stylized Nest are created by local artisans, and hand selected and curated by Darcey! Each piece is uniquely crafted and some items will vary from the photos shown. We will take great care to make sure your items are packaged carefully and shipped as soon as possible. 

Nest Shipping: $25 for Local BC Lower Mainland Orders, $55CAD anywhere in Canada* that UPS delivers, and $75USD anywhere in the Contiguous USA that UPS delivers. International shipping is available, please Contact Us for a quote.  

*NOTE: Northern Territories may incur additional shipping costs 

 

Returns/Exchanges:

We hope that you love every item you order from Stylized Nest, as every item you order was handcrafted and created for you!  All purchases from Stylized Nest will be considered a final sale.  As we work with a skilled network of local artisans who are dedicated to their craft, we are unfortunately unable to accept order cancellations or exchanges. 

We hope that you never receive a damaged or incorrect item from Stylized Nest, and we work hard to ensure all items are of the highest quality, and properly packaged. But in the event that it should happen, please email us at StylizedNest@gmail.com with the subject line return/exchange within 48 hours of receiving the item. We ask that you include all of your contact information, Your order number, the reason for the return/exchange along with applicable photos. 

We will assess returns/exchanges for these reasons on a case by case basis. 

If you received the wrong item and a return/exchange is accepted we will send you instructions to return incorrect items, and send the correct item to you as soon as possible at no additional charge. 

If you received a damaged item and a return/exchange is accepted we will send a replacement item to you as soon as possible at no additional charge. 

If a replacement item is not available we will gladly refund your order. Please allow 7-10 business days for a refund to the original method of payment.

We do not accept returns/exchanges on items damaged through normal use.
